Hi! My name is Anna Green, I am 5’2,  ethnic background is Caucasian, philippines and latina. I have lived mo of my life in Guam, and Japan, particularly in the beautiful tropical island of Okinawa, Japan. I graduated high school and college there. I studied Computer Science and graduated with a 4.0 GPA degree in Computer Programming and System Analysis. I speak three languages, English, Spanish and Japanese. Although my passion and career is in depth technical engineering, my passion for health and fitness is just as important. I am as technical in my healthy eating lifestyle just as much as my design and developing my applications.

As a young adult in my teens, I enjoyed  enjoyed working out, outdoor activities with my family and friends, painting and dancing. I also loved watching my wonderful mother cooked nutritious and healthy meals for the family. Between learning and living  a healthy lifestyle growing up in Japan and learning their cultures and their way of healthy living plus learning from my mother I truly appreciate the full benefits it does to our body.

In my mid 30’s to early 40’s, I challenged myself with tougher sports such as bodybuilding. I truly enjoyed the sport. I became a member of the NGA (National Gym Association), OCB (Organization for Competitive Bodybuilding) and INBF (International Natural Bodybuilding Federation).  I personally believe that dedication and discipline is what makes you a true athlete, cheating and by using drugs or any enhancement  does not. There is nothing that your “body” can’t do if your mindset is focus 100%.

I have always believed practice makes perfect. I truly appreciate the value of staying in shape and living a healthy lifestyle and that is why I want to guide people and help them experience the beauty of it too. And so, I took another step in achieving that goal and got my certification as a Fitness Nutrition Coach . I completed studies “Staying Healthy with Nutrition” and “Nutrition Counseling” through the AFPA. I also have my certification in Lifestyle and Weight Management and Child Nutrition Specialist to guide and introduce kids to the benefits of exercising and eating healthy while they’re still young.
